Don't book this tour! Less than 12 hours before pickup, I was condescendingly told that I wouldn't be picked up from my hotel and would have to meet 40 minutes away at 7am. This trip DOES NOT include the Valley of the Queens - the reason I came to Egypt was to visit the tomb of Nefertari. The tour guide argued with me and tried to tell me that the Valley of the Queens is the same as the temple of Hatshepsut - NOT TRUE. Instead we spent an hour at a scam alabaster workshop. Very disappointing.

We are sorry that the service was not provided as planned. The relevant managers are already aware of the situation to ensure that this does not happen again. Compensation has been made accordingly.

No recibí el tour que había contratado, me dieron un recorrido extra por el que tuve que pagar más. Nos recogieron en el hotel a la hora indicada, Ahmed nuestro guía nos explicó bien la historia de los valles y nos dejó suficiente tiempo para hacer fotos. El autobús venía con aire acondicionado, cosa que se agradece a 38 grados. Sin embargo, al día siguiente teníamos otra visita que no se hizo. Nos avisaron a las 23:30 de que la habían movido de las 7am a las 14:30, luego a las 9am y a las 10 aún no había aparecido nadie... Muy poco profesional por parte de la empresa!

El Valle de las Reinas se lo saltó, nos llevó a un taller de artesanía para que comprarás que no estaba especificado en la ruta y la cuál no nos interesaba y, al final, el guía nos persiguió, literal, reclamándonos propinas para él y conductor, a pesar de que sus explicaciones fueron reguleras. El guía fue puntual y explicó todo bastante bien , en algunos casos desde el coche mientras íbamos al valle de los reyes . Un guía muy correcto y que sabía mucha información . El único pero fue que cuando estábamos finalizando la excursión , nos dijo que habíamos hecho el valle de las reinas cómo favor , y yo le comenté que venía en el tour . El peor detalle fue cuando nos dijo que teníamos que darle una propina a él y al conductor Cuando tú ya has pagado una excursión con todo incluido.
