Me vinieron a recoger casi media hora tarde, ademas de pedirme estar listo una hora antes de la que indica el programa, el guia no se le podía preguntar casi nada porque te respondía con mal tono, ademas no se ha hecho visita al valle de las reinas, se le ha preguntado y me contesta que no se va ir y punto. Ademas en alguna ocasión en vez de dar alguna explicación escasa, muy escasa, no podías pedirle que lo repitiera, no era directo sobre el monumento sino sacaba fotografías.

Don't book this tour! Less than 12 hours before pickup, I was condescendingly told that I wouldn't be picked up from my hotel and would have to meet 40 minutes away at 7am. This trip DOES NOT include the Valley of the Queens - the reason I came to Egypt was to visit the tomb of Nefertari. The tour guide argued with me and tried to tell me that the Valley of the Queens is the same as the temple of Hatshepsut - NOT TRUE. Instead we spent an hour at a scam alabaster workshop. Very disappointing.

Esperienza organizzata davvero male con fermate non previste (una per lasciare dei viaggiatori al traghetto sul nilo e una di 30 minuti abbondanti presso venditori di non so cosa per “spillare” soldi ai turisti che sono lì per ammirare ben altre cose. Hanno dimenticato di prelevare uno dei partecipanti per cui siamo dovuti tornare a prenderlo e quindi si è perso tanto tempo per stop inutili. Decisamente deludente e non consigliato.

El Valle de las Reinas se lo saltó, nos llevó a un taller de artesanía para que comprarás que no estaba especificado en la ruta y la cuál no nos interesaba y, al final, el guía nos persiguió, literal, reclamándonos propinas para él y conductor, a pesar de que sus explicaciones fueron reguleras. Reclame el reembolso del Valle de las Reinas tras comunicar esto a Civitatis y me contestaron, pero sin ninguna solución hasta hoy. No volvería a contratar nada con ellos.
