Contacte múltiples veces al proveedor y su respuesta era ya lo solucionaremos y jamás pasó: tenían que cambiarme de habitación y no lo hicieron . Jamás indicaron de mis restricciones alimenticias. Y además culpa de que el baño perdía agua me caí. Un desastre!!!

El primer día comemos en Luxor fuera del barco y entramos al barco a las 16:00. Lo hacemos así para tener esa comida guardada para el último día dentro del barco. El último día nos dicen que NO está la comida incluida porque el primer día ya nos dejaron un picnic en la habitación..... En la información de civitatis pone claramente que si el primer día entras después de comer, el último día tienes incluida la comida que NO he recibido el primer día. Pues es mentira. Te dan un picnic. Muy mal

L’esperienza in sé sarebbe anche bella sé solo non fosse per l’inquinamento enorme che generano queste navi, tanto da non poter stare sul ponte a mirare il territorio senza rimanere impregnati dalla puzza di cherosene. all’interno le navi sono in buone condizioni però i motori sono vecchissimi e inquinano senza criterio. La nostra guida è stata bravissima, gentile e appassionata. Non consigliamo Abu simbel perché dopo 3 ore di pullman la visita dura solo 30 minuti. unica nota positiva la guida

Mi experiencia en el crucero por el Nilo con Civitatis fue muy mala. Me pasó lo mismo que otros usuarios habían comentado: pagamos categoría superior y nos dieron un barco estándar. Llegamos de noche y nadie ayudó; Habiba, la persona de contacto, nunca respondió. La habitación tenía el piso roto, la caja fuerte no servía y a otros viajeros se les inundaba el baño. El personal ignoraba todo y la comida era repetitiva. No recomiendo este crucero. Lo único bueno: los traslados al aeropuerto

My experience on the Nile cruise with Civitatis was terrible. I had the same problems as other travelers who mentioned: we paid for a superior category and were given a standard ship. Nos han colocado en un crucero pésimo, muy malas condiciones, estaba para hundirlo ya, se ah roto un motor por el camino, hemos perdido excursiones y mucho tiempo en llegar, aparte del estado en sí del interior que tampoco estaba en condiciones, único positivo el guía que hizo lo posible para que viéramos lo más posible y explicarlo todo bastante bien, además del grupo que coincidimos. Pero no volvería a repetir .. por lo menos en ese barco que está para retirar ..

Nuestra experiencia en el crucero por el Nilo y el barco Seti Kira fue muy decepcionante. El barco estaba en mal estado, sucio y con olor a tabaco. La navegación fue lenta, con retrasos y cambios de itinerario sin explicaciones. Las visitas fueron apresuradas y se perdía tiempo en tiendas turísticas. En resumen: barco deteriorado, mala organización y falta de transparencia. No recomendaría esta experiencia.
