No vale la pena comprar el paquete superior: te asignan el mismo barco y el mismo tipo de habitación que el normal. Cuando pides aclaración, solo dicen que el barco es de categoría superior, pero tanto el barco como el camarote dejan mucho que desear. El guía también dejó mucho espacio a mejora: no explicaba el itinerario con anticipación, mentía para llevarnos al museo del papiro, vendió una SIM incompleta y todo se sentía desorganizado, poco tiempo libre y muchas esperas al guía.

The premium package isn't worth it: you get the same ship and cabin type as the standard package. When you ask for clarification, they just say the ship is a higher category, but both the ship and the cabin leave much to be desired. The guide also left a lot of room for improvement: he didn't explain the itinerary in advance, lied to get us to visit the papyrus museum, sold us an incomplete SIM card, and everything felt disorganized, with little free time and a lot of waiting for the guide.

El tour esta bien, lo mejor de todo nuestro guia Moustafa, muy profesional, sus explicaciones muy didacticas y amenas, y se perocupaba en trodo momento por nosostros. La programacionde las excursiones tendria que ser mas equilibrada. Tuvimos que insistir a la agencia que nos pasara el nombre de la motonave asignada y no lo hicieron hasta el dia anterior. Contratamos un 5*superior, no se correponde a esta categoria, dicen que esta reformada, pero tenia muchas deficiencias pero camas muy comodas.

Lo que no nos gustó fue que no se corresponde el itinerario que pone en civitatis con lo que haces en realidad. Estuvimos muy bien con nuestro guía Ahmed, pero el primer día nos llevo a ver demasiados sitios y vimos los templos de luxor y karnak corriendo y en media hora, sin poder disfrutar ni verlos en condiciones, corriendo de vuelta al barco porque zarpaba y comiendo a las 16h.

The overall experience was very good; the cruise ship had good facilities and the food was tasty. What we didn't like was that the itinerary on Civitatis didn't match what we actually did. We had a great time with our guide, Ahmed, but on the first day he took us to see too many places. Lo recomiendo 100%. Nos toco el mejor guia, Ahmed. Las explicaciones se entendian perfectamente, nos dejaba tiempo para visitar los templos por nuestra cuenta y poder hacer fotos y si tenías dudas te las resolvía. Siempre estaba atento por si necesitabas algo. El crucero que nos tocó fue Mojito (estandar) y nos sorprendio para bien, buena cama, ducha con agua caliente y en cantidad.
