La experiencia global estuvo muy bien, la motonave tenía buenas instalaciones y la comida estaba buena. Lo que no nos gustó fue que no se corresponde el itinerario que pone en civitatis con lo que haces en realidad. Estuvimos muy bien con nuestro guía Ahmed, pero el primer día nos llevo a ver demasiados sitios y vimos los templos de luxor y karnak corriendo y en media hora, sin poder disfrutar ni verlos en condiciones, corriendo de vuelta al barco porque zarpaba y comiendo a las 16h.

The overall experience was very good; the cruise ship had good facilities and the food was tasty. What we didn't like was that the itinerary on Civitatis didn't match what we actually did. We had a great time with our guide, Ahmed, but on the first day he took us to see too many places. We rushed through the temples of Luxor and Karnak in half an hour, without being able to enjoy them or see them properly, before rushing back to the ship because it was departing and we had lunch at 4 pm.

Las excursiones no estaban mal, pero claro, donde ibas tú iban todos los demás barcos, asique por supuesto todo masificado a más no poder. Nosotros cogimos la opción 5* Superior, y la comida bastante buena, pero nada que ver con un 5* de España o Europa. Y la limpieza y la amabilidad de algunas personas del crucero bastante mejorable.

Lo recomiendo 100%. Nos toco el mejor guia, Ahmed. Las explicaciones se entendian perfectamente, nos dejaba tiempo para visitar los templos por nuestra cuenta y poder hacer fotos y si tenías dudas te las resolvía. Siempre estaba atento por si necesitabas algo. El crucero que nos tocó fue Mojito (estandar) y nos sorprendio para bien, buena cama, ducha con agua caliente y en cantidad. Pagato per una nave 5 stelle superior, era in realtà vecchia e poco pulita. Confrontandola con altre al molo era tra le peggiori, servizio e qualità non all’altezza della categoria. Hemos tenido una fakta de información constantemente, nunca supimos donde íbamos hasta el mismo dia en el que iniciabamos la actividad, la habitacion del barco no se limpiaba, entraba alguien estiraba las rabanas y listo, ni barrer ni reponer geles de ducha ni nada, la temperatura de la habitacion no se podía regular, si te dejabas el aire acondicionado puesto se ponía a 14°, el guía habla un español muy malo, es un viaje muy chulo pero tiene demasiadas carencias

Direi tutto perfetto..... Essendomi bassa stagione (per loro) eravamo 14 italiani quindi con la guida è stato tutto molto più facile perché eravamo pochi! Nave molto carina, camere carine, assolutamente vivibili... Ristorante bello ma la qualità del cibo decisamente migliorabile ( anche se per noi italiani è difficile mangiare all'estero).
