El transporte horroroso, nos hicieron cambiar de coches muchísimas veces tanto a la ida como a la vuelta, es más a la vuelta, la actividad acabó sobre las 7:30-8:00 de la mañana y no llegamos a nuestro alojamiento hasta las 10:00 (nos alojábamos en el centro de Luxor, al lado del templo). Nos montamos muy tarde en el globo por la mañana y no vimos todo el amanecer, hubiese agradecido montar antes y ver el amanecer por completo. Por lo demás el paseo el globo perfecto y los paisajes maravillosos.

The transportation was horrible. We had to change cars many times both on the way there and back. On the way back, the activity ended around 7:30-8:00 in the morning, and we didn't get to our accommodation until 10:00 (we were staying in the center of Luxor, next to the temple). We boarded the balloon very late in the morning and didn't see the entire sunrise. I would have appreciated getting on earlier and seeing the sunrise in full. Otherwise, the balloon ride was perfect and the scenery was wonderful.

La actividad no se llevó a cabo por el mal tiempo pero lo que realmente me decepciona es la mala comunicacion. Llegaron tarde a recogernos sin avisarnos, nos tuvieron un rato parados en el bus en la carretera sin decirnos que pasaba, llegamos al lugar y finalmente cancelaron el tour, ya escribi a Civitatis para ver que va a pasar porque somos 9 personas y no es un tour barato pero aun no me han respondido nada. No recomiendo contratar este tour dado que no es confiable.

The activity didn't go ahead due to bad weather, but what really disappointed me was the poor communication. They were late picking us up without warning, they kept us waiting on the bus for a while on the highway without telling us what was going on. We arrived at the location, and they ultimately canceled the tour. I've already written to Civitatis to find out what would happen because there are nine of us and it's not a cheap tour, but they haven't heard back yet. I don't recommend booking this tour since it's not reliable.

El paseo en si está muy bueno, incluso mejor que lo que indican las fotos. Ahora bien, te indican que van a buscarte a las 4:15 y el globo sube cerca de las 6:15, esas dos horas fueron únicamente para recoger gente, viajar en lancha innecesariamente al otro lado del río y otra camioneta desde ahí hasta los globos. Recomiendo además desayunar antes o llevarse desde el hotel porque el aperitivo es mínimo durante los 5 minutos que tarda la lancha en cruzar el río, solo un té y 1 budín mínimo.
