O guia ou não falava espanhol ou não tinha conhecimentos de Alexandria. O carro que nos levou deveria ter mais de 10 anos. Reclamei do calor na volta, o motorista aumentou s potência do ar condicionado por uns 5 minutos, e depois deixou em baixa velocidade. Qd chegamos no Cairo como o trânsito estava intenso, o guia nos perguntou se gostaríamos de descer próximo ao hotel e ter de atravessar nos meu dos carros. Lógico que não aceitamos.

Lamentamos que o serviço não tenha sido prestado como planeado. Os gestores relevantes já estão cientes da situação para garantir que isto não volte a acontecer. Foi feita uma compensação adequada.

Por primera vez desde que estamos en Egipto nos pasaron a buscar en el horario indicado. El guia Abdulah muy atento y correcto. La unica critica que puedo hacer es que nos pusieron en una combi con asientos estrechos que no podian reclinarse, para un viaje de seis horas ida y vuelta resulta incomodo. Por lo demas, todo bien. La actividad inició con puntualidad y se atendieron los temas y lugares ofrecidos. El almuerzo no es el mejor, pero resuelve. El guía fue muy atento y amable aunque si debería profundizar en los temas a tratar porque se notó un poco perdido a nuestras preguntas. Infortunadamente el tráfico del Cairo y Alejandria es todo un caos; y el conductor que nos asignaron era muy agresivo para conducir. En una oportunidad se bajó del vehículo para discutir con otros al volante.

La actividad estuvo bien. Sin embargo faltó organización: no se detalló des de un inicio las actividades a realizar y sus horarios. La comida se realizó a las 12h45 y aún no teníamos hambre. Por otro lado, las explicaciones del guía fueron un poco pobres, pues la información que nos dió no profundizaba más allá de lo que podía leerse en los paneles informativos. Finalmente, éramos 2 estudiantes en el grupo, por lo que las entradas costaron 360 EGP menos, mientras que pagamos como adultos.

The activity was good. However, there was a lack of organization: the activities to be carried out and their schedules were not detailed from the beginning. Lunch was at 12:45 and we weren't hungry yet. On the other hand, the guide's explanations were a bit poor, since the information he gave us did not go deeper than what could be read on the information panels. Finally, we were 2 students in the group, so the tickets were EGP 360 less, while we paid as adults.

La visita a Alejandría estuvo bien, la puntualidad, el viaje desde El Cairo, las visitas realizadas y el almuerzo que tomamos. El problema fue que el guía que vino con nosotros, además de que sabía poco español, no aportó ningún tipo de información en cada una de las visitas que hicimos. Una pena porque con un guía adecuado, la excursión hubiera sido muy enriquecedora.
