Llegamos tarde a la actividad y vimos el espectáculo cuando ya había empezado. Llegó el autobús tarde a recogernos al hotel sin avisar y al llegar a Giza nos hicieron bajar a todo el grupo corriendo y sin darnos explicaciones nos dieron la entrada y nos dijeron que nos esperaban a la salida. Cuando llegamos nadie nos dijo donde sentarnos y ya había empezado el espectáculo. Nos quisimos sentar en la primera fila y nos cambiaron. Una vergüenza pagar está actividad a ese precio para este trato.

Pas d'audiophone en français pour moi car j'ai eu le malheur de prononcer une phrase en anglais... Heureusement que j'avais déjà visité les Pyramids avec un guide WESSAM qui m'avait tout bien expliqué. Dans un petit groupe de 3, mon erreur là aussi c'était de ne pas savoir manger rapidement dans un restaurant à volonté. Le couple était au dessert lorsque je terminais mon entrée. Même pas eu le temps de prendre mon thé à la menthe pour ne pas les faire attendre. SYMPA

Lorsque de tels problèmes surviennent avec des appareils audio, nous vous recommandons d'en informer le personnel pendant l'activité afin que le problème puisse être résolu sur place. En revanche, nous avons pu vérifier que le dîner a duré environ une heure et demie. Nous sommes désolés si l'un de ces éléments n'a pas été satisfaisant.

Nos mandaron la citación y el recordatorio para recogernos a las 17h en el hotel. Esperamos desde las 16,50 hasta las 18,30h. En ese tiempo interactuamos con civitatis a través de correo y chat par que nos dieran alguna información sobre la visita contratada, y terminaron diciendo que sentían que no pudiéramos hacer la actividad y que ya se pondrían en contacto con nosotros. Llevamos años haciendo actividades con Civitatis. Esperamos que como mínimo nos devuelvan el dinero de la actividad.

Contratamos la actividad sin cena. Llegaron puntuales con hora y media de anterioridad al inicio del espectáculo. Pero nos dijeron ya montados en el vehículo que el resto de gente iba con la cena contratada, que si queriamos cenar o si no nos tocaría esperar en el restaurante mientras lo hacían. No aceptamos cenar y esperamos a que lo hiciera el resto. Entre la espera y el tráfico acabamos llegando con el espectáculo empezado.

We hire the activity without dinner. They arrived on time an hour and a half before the start of the show. But they told us once we were in the vehicle that the rest of the people were going with the booked dinner, that if we wanted to have dinner or if we didn't we would have to wait in the restaurant while they did it. Fatal el conductor, lento, muy lento, despistado, se equivocó hasta 3 veces de camino. El espectáculo bien, el guía , no sabia español y yo no sé inglés, difícil. La cena , un restaurante normal , pagamos la bebida, como en todos los restaurantes, pero ha sido la bebida más cara de los 5 que llevamos en Egipto, y siempre bebiendo Cocacola, fatal.

La cena es una auténtica estafa. Ni tan siquiera es en la zona de las piramides. A 10 minutos en bus. Tras el espectaculo, nos llevaron a un bar interior, con un buffet libre escaso y muy mejorable. Para colmo, al levantarnos nos pudieron que abonasemos las bebidas (el agua). El espectáculo también nos defraudó, para nada es espectacular. Luces muy básicas y poca acción. Pero bueno, entiendo que esta parte habrá gustos distintos entre el publico. Totalmente NO recomendable. PERDIDA DE TIEMPO

Cominciamo a dire che lo spettacolo è affascinante dato il posto dove siamo. Ed ora le note dolenti la prima ma forse casuale e di aver saputo che non ci sarebbe stato lo spettacolo la mattina stessa anche se avevo prenotato più di un mese prima e facendo saltare i miei programmi. Infine la cena a buffet di scarsa qualità e credetemi da costo veramente basso e il giorno dopo ho anche avuto problemi di stomaco sicuramente venuti a causa della cena. Per cui organizzatevi da soli è più economico.
