Fuimos con el guía Nassr y sus explicaciones fueron muy buenas. La excursión es muy larga por la distancia y había algunos permisos de la agencia que habían expirado, entonces usamos la ruta interna, la cual está destruida y es peligrosa para evitar a la policía de tránsito cuando la ruta externa es mucho más rápida. Nosotros optamos por volver directo al hotel y no almorzar porque estábamos muy cansados, Nassr pidió a la agencia que nos reintegraran el dinero del almuerzo y se negaron.

We went with our guide, Nassr, and his explanations were very good. The tour is very long due to the distance, and some of the agency's permits had expired, so we used the internal route, which is destroyed and dangerous, to avoid traffic police when the external route is much faster. We decided to go straight back to the hotel and skip lunch because we were very tired. Nassr asked the agency to refund our lunch money, but they refused.

Hemos hecho este 2do tour nuevamente con Nasser, Nos gustó mucho ya que vimos otros tipos de templos. Lo recomiendo una vez que hayas hecho el de Luxor completo (que uno ya tiene una visión más completa de la zona) ya que este es complementario. El viaje es un poco largo, pero valió la pena. Problème au départ pour la prise en charge à notre hôtel mais qui a été refusée la veille. Il nous a fallu de longues négociations pour qu ils viennent nous chercher comme prévu dans leur contrat. Activité correcte, mais beaucoup de route au départ de Louxor pour des temples moins somptueux

Valió la pena haber ido a cada templo, el guía es muy simpático y servicial, pero la información que nos brindó es muy básica. Otra cosa que no nos gustó es que la comida y bebida que nos dieron la sacaron del baúl del coche, venía en caja sin refrigeración, a 50 grados, además nos la dieron para comer dentro del coche, cosa que no nos pareció adecuada. Pagamos un tour con almuerzo que no pudimos comer.

La actividad fue buena pero la comida no pude ni tocarla porque soy vegetariana y nadie me pregunto que quería. Mi novio si la probó y no le gusto. Decir que viene con comida incluida para darte un sándwich me parece de cuarta. El conductor y el guía muy buenos pero al final del viaje me pidieron tips lo cual no me parece bien, yo les iba a dar igual pero la actitud no me gustó. The activity was good but I couldn't even touch the food because I'm a vegetarian and no one asked me what I wanted. My boyfriend did try it and he didn't like it. To say that it comes with food included to give you a sandwich seems fourth to me. The driver and the guide were very good but at the end of the trip they asked me for tips which I did not think was good, I was going to give the same but I did not like the attitude. El guía Ali (Alex) está preparado para explicar correctamente las cosas, pero algunas preguntas no las puede responder ya que su nivel de Español es limitado, aunque podemos llegar a comprenderlo mirando la situación del país. Estaría bien que los guías estuvieran un poco más preparados para este tipo de explicaciones. La excursión vale la pena, son 3 horas de camino aproximadamente des de Luxor, los dos templos me parecieron muy bien conservados y bonitos.

Che dire anche qui servizio scadente che è finito con un incidente d’auto dove io e il mio ragazzo siamo rimasti feriti. Davvero la peggior esperienza della nostra vita!!! Ciò che doveva essere una vacanza stupenda vedendo posti meravigliosi si è trasformata in una vacanza da incubo!!!

Abbiamo discusso il suo caso con il fornitore di questa escursione che, come noi, è molto dispiaciuto per l'incidente alla fine del tour. Per quanto ne sappiamo, il responsabile dell'incidente era il veicolo che viaggiava in direzione opposta. Ci è stato riferito che si sono immediatamente occupati dell'assistenza medica di cui avevate bisogno e che, fortunatamente, siete riusciti a raggiungere l'aeroporto in tempo, dato che apparentemente non si trattava di nulla di più grave.

Considero que manejar a exceso de velocidad no es correcto, (160 km/hr ) .Los templos son hermosos vale la pena el tour. Pero eso del desayuno en restaurante no sucedió, simplemente paramos bajo un puente insalubre , ofrecieron comprar un par de emparedados para comer en el coche. Esto no es lo ofrecido, optamos por bajar a una tienda a comprar nuestro propio lunch.

I consider that driving at excess speed is not correct, (160 km/hr). The temples are beautiful, worth the tour. But that breakfast in a restaurant didn't happen, we simply stopped under an unhealthy bridge, they offered to buy a couple of sandwiches to eat in the car. This is not what was offered, we opted to go down to a store to buy our own lunch.

No dieron el almuerzo, a pesar de que dice en la información, que está incluido. Es un tour largo, llegamos de vuelta a las 17:00, sin haber comido más que un desayuno a las 7 am. El guía en la actividad fue excelente, todo bien, pero el tema del almuerzo era importante, ya que es un tour cansador.

O guia é bom, porém nos levou para almoçar em um local muito sujo. Não havia sequer uma pia para lavar as mãos, as cadeiras e mesas eram velhas e quebradas, a bandeja muito encardida. O banheiro super-nojento! O Civitatis não deveria vender passeios deste nível. É um absurdo levar turistas para aquele bar de beira de estrada e na descrição do passeio chamar de " restaurante ".
