Primero lo positivo, nos gustó mucho la parte del papiro, muy interesante y los papiros se veían de buena calidad. El tour es completo, además no habíamos desayunado por la hora y el guía nos dio algo de comer, lo cual agradecemos mucho. Ahora lo negativo, es un tour para turistas, pero parecía que se querían aprovechar de uno, hubo mucha presión para comprar cosas que no queríamos, como montar en camello por ejemplo, además, muy malas recomendaciones para comoras de souvenirs

First, the positives: we really enjoyed the papyrus section; it was very interesting, and the papyri looked to be of good quality. The tour was comprehensive, and we hadn't had breakfast because of the time, so the guide gave us something to eat, which we greatly appreciated. La prima parte del tour, alle piramidi di giza, è stata pessima. Tutti i partecipanti erano insoddisfatti. Praticamente è stata una corsa, tutto visto velocemente e con poche spiegazioni da parte della guida. Se non fosse stata fatta richiesta da parte dei partecipanti non ci avrebbe mostrato nemmeno la sfinge da vicino. Inoltre la guida ha più volte cercato di indurci a comprare servizi all'interno del sito, come passeggiate a cammello, o voler portarci a comprare souvenir

La guía ha hecho un buen trabajo, se ha portado muy bien. La organización un desastre. Nos retrasaron el Inicio del tour a las 7.45h, y después a correr todo el día porque cerraban las ruinas. Íbamos a comer a las 17h de la tarde. Muy decepcionados.

En nuestro viaje a Egipto, teníamos contratados 4 tour con Civitatis, este fue el único que verdaderamente el guia hablaba español, Tamer además de un conocimiento profundo del idioma, conoce bien la historia de Egipto, sus explicaciones son de gran ayuda incluso para entender cosas que vimos en el resto de tours y nadie nos explicó. Nulla da dire sulla guida, preparata, che ci ha dato a grandi linee nozioni di base per capire quello che stavamo vedendo. Nota negativa: prelevati dal nostro albergo alle 7:30 e portati a pranzo alle 16:30. Tutto il giorno sotto al sole e senza nemmeno una pausa ristoro. Purtroppo come spesso accade in Egitto, sembra tutto “preparato” per condurti nelle classiche trappole per turisti a fare shopping inutile.

Nothing to complain about the guide, who was knowledgeable and gave us a basic understanding of what we were seeing. On a negative note: we were picked up from our hotel at 7:30 and taken to lunch at 4:30 PM. All day under the sun and without even a break for refreshments. Unfortunately, as often happens in Egypt, everything seems "set up" to lead you into the classic tourist traps and do pointless shopping.

Excelente!!!! Super recomendado. Antes de mi llegada a Egipto se comunicó conmigo un coordinador de nombre ahmed que me mantuvo informado de los horarios de recogida a mi hotel. El guía fantástico!! Explicaciones claras y muy amable. Los transportes comodos , puntuales y con aire acondicionado. Nos llevaron a una tienda de papiros y no fue mucho tiempo contrario a lo que había leído en otros comentarios. Lo recomiendo ampliamente . Lo único malo que en app no opción a comprar para una persona.

Todo excelente, menos la alimentación, pues desgraciadamente tomamos todos los tours con civitatis y el menú dormir era el mismo, no es malo pero 4 días seguidos comiendo el mismo plato no es chévere, sugiero un plan buffet o en su defecto varias el menú según el tour, si uno periodos conocer diferentes platos típicos y no incursión en la monotonía Translate this opinion into English.
