Mala organización y pésima guía. Para empezar, al llegar al museo estuvimos 30min esperando fuera a una pareja que luego dijeron que estaban ellos esperándonos fuera, muy mala comunicación. La guía no nos explicó nada de historia detrás de cada una de las piezas que veíamos. Añadía comentarios como ‘mirar la taza que bonita’ sin contarnos nada más al respecto. Una pena. También estuvimos esperando 20min al terminar a gente que iba tarde. Nada recomendable, hay que mejorar muchas cosas de momento

Poor organization and a terrible guide. To begin with, upon arriving at the museum, we waited outside for 30 minutes for a couple who later said they were waiting for us outside. Communication was very poor. The guide didn't explain any of the history behind each of the pieces we saw. She added comments like "look at that cup, it's beautiful!" without telling us anything else. Shame. We also waited 20 minutes after the tour ended for people who were late. En la oferta pone que la visita dura de 3 a 4 horas. Nosotros empezamos a las 9:10 y a las 11 ya habíamos terminado. Me parece un precio excesivo para el tiempo y la dedicación a las explicaciones. Además la guía hablaba regular el español y nos costaba mucho seguir lo que decía. En general no recomendaría esta visita.

A visita ao Grand Egyptian Museum foi excelente! Nosso guia, Medhat, era muito experiente e explicou tudo em inglês de forma envolvente. O passeio, das 10h às 16h, foi bem organizado e tivemos tempo para explorar e tirar fotos. O único ponto negativo foi o almoço, que não estava incluso (custou 20€ por pessoa). Chegamos perto do fechamento do restaurante, e a comida do buffet já não estava fresca. No geral, recomendamos o tour pela qualidade do guia e das informações, evitaria o almoço. El espacio dista mucho de ser visitable. Sólo hay una zona habilitada, todo lo demas permanece cerrado aún. Incluso el obelisco, que en teoría si se puede visitar, estaba precintado y nos pidieron alejarnos los responsables de seguridad del propio museo. Ahora mismo no merece la pena. El guía bien, pero la visita no debería ofertarse hasta que se abran más salas.

The space is far from being visitable. There is only one area enabled, everything else is still closed. Even the obelisk, which in theory can be visited, was sealed and those responsible for security at the museum itself asked us to leave. Right now it's not worth it. Hemos visitado el museo y el día anterior las pirámides. En ambas excursiones quedamos encantados por la organización, el guía y sobre todo por el coordinador de civitatis Omar. Su atención fue expectacular, hasta el punto de que nos olvidamos la cámara en el autobus y nos gestionó horas después la devolución en nuestro propio hotel sin pedir nada a cambio, ni una propina. L'esperienza non è stata proprio come ci aspettavamo. Possiamo comprendere l'averci spostato la visita al pomeriggio per questioni organizzative ma non è stato rispettato neanche l'orario pomeridiano e siamo dovute scappare via dalla visita perché in serata avevamo un volo. I ragazzi di civitatis hanno tuttavia cercato di migliorare la situazione offrendo il pranzo al gruppo e pagandoci il taxi per il trasferimento all'aeroporto. nell'alta stagione hanno poche guide italiane.

Orario prenotazione 10, il gg prima ci dicono che passano alle 14:30 prima poi alle 13:45. Ci portano nel ristorante senza avvisarci ( non programmato nella descrizione prenotazione) passiamo li 2 h1/2 . Al museo arriviamo alle 16:15 e fino alle 17:10 nn entraimo, perchè la guida non c era. Non avevano trovato una guida…Pessima organizzazione. Non raccomando . Siamo stati nel museo 50’ perche alle 18 chiudeva. Esperienza negativa.la
