On a eu beaucoup de problèmes et des situations très stressantes, en plus, on s'est retrouvé avec une facture de 60€ d'internet, qu'on souhaite se faire rembourser. Quand on est arrivé au Caire on n'a pas reçu d'assistance, et c'est nous qui avons dû payer le visa d'Egypte, qui a été remboursé à la fin du voyage, suite à toutes mes réclamations. En plus, les guides arrivent tout le temps en retard et personne donne des explications sur la situation irrégulière.

Nous regrettons que vous ayez dû payer à nouveau les frais de visa, nous pensons que la personne en charge n'en a pas été informée au préalable. Par conséquent, nous vous avons remboursé ce montant et accordé une compensation en conséquence.

Sólo puedo decir que el servicio recibido por parte de Civitatis, y sobre todo por parte del proveedor local en Egipto, ha sido absolutamente desastroso y vergonzoso. Estamos profundamente decepcionados con el circuito y nos sentimos estafados por ambas compañías. La atención recibida ha sido inexistente durante todo el viaje. En estos momentos, el grupo completo que realizó el circuito estamos en trámite de poneros una denuncia por el calvario que nos habéis hecho pasar.
