Perfetta escursione usata anche come transfer da Alessandra al Cairo. Ottima guida Didi preparata e premurosa. Spiegazioni al museo Egizio molto utili per godersi poi il resto della vacanza. Trasferimento con ottimo pulmino nuovo e driver capace. Pranzo incluso in bel ristorante con solo bevande escluse. Unica nota dolente visita a negozio di profumi inutile e giro sul cammello che sembrava obbligatorio da pagare a parte (20 euro a testa) ma che si poteva tranquillamente evitare. Many thanks for the phantastic tour we had today with very friendly and knowledgeable guide Sameh, who does even speak some German, and our very friendly driver Mostafa, who brought us all the way to Cairo and Giza and back to Alexandria totally safe. We felt like spending a day with friends and we recommend both to anybody who might book this tour in future.

La giornata al Cairo nel complesso è stata molto bella. Spero sia stata una svista della guida il fatto di farci pagare l'ingresso al museo che in realtà doveva essere già compreso. Inaccettabile però è stato il ritardo del pick-up e anche del ritorno. Il pick-up doveva essere alle 7 di mattina, hanno chiesto di anticiparlo alle 4 per avere più tempo, peccato che l'autista sia arrivato alle 6 (due ore di ritardo). Stessa cosa alla sera, finito il tour abbiamo aspettato l'autista 50 minuti.

I biglietti d'ingresso all'interno delle piramidi non sono inclusi nel prezzo, come specificato sul nostro sito web. D'altra parte, ci dispiace per il ritardo nel ritiro. Il fornitore locale è già al corrente del ritardo e potrà intervenire.

Bien, en general. Sobran las visitas comercials añadidas al programa por el operador, que hacen perder tiempo en los lugares programados. Practicamente no tuvimos tiempo en el museo egipcio. Horroroso el almuerzo.

Le chauffeur prend contact avec nous la veille de l'excursion, nous nous mettons d'accord sur l'heure de rendez-vous. Il veut que ce soit à 8h, nous pensons que ça fait tard mais lui faisons confiance. Le jour J personne ne se présente ! Nous le contactons et finalement apprenons qu'il nous attend au Caire ! Pourtant l'excursion inclut bien un rdv à Alexandrie pour un trajet jusqu'au Caire. Il n'y a pas eu d'excursion, aucune excuse du prestataire et nous avons perdu une journée de vacances !!
