La recogida fue puntual, el chofer muy amable. La comida genial. Tan solo mejoraría el tiempo de inmersión ya que fueron 10/15min cada una, supongo que porque éramos muchos Translate this opinion into English.

Partiendo de que para ir nos recoge un chico en su coche, que los 45 minutos que dura el trayecto, solo está hablando por el Movil y el whatsup, con varias situaciones de peligro. Que la vuelta nos la hemos tenido que buscar por nuestro lado después de 1 HORA esperando de nuevo a nuestro “chofer”.Hemos pedido un Uber y hemos dejado de desperdiciar tiempo, por cierto mas barato y seguro que su transporte. El resto poca atención, como no hablamos francés no nos han hecho casi caso ni instruyendo

Cogí el bautismo aquí en lugar que directamente en el hotel, por que había un “guía” en español, dado que nuestro inglés no es demasiado bueno y la primera vez que buceamos nos parecía importante. Han venido tarde a por nosotros y al llegar ni rastro del “guía” solo un conductor, el guía nos ha dicho que no podía venir. No nos hemos movido para hacer inmersiones es sitios diferentes como se especifica en la actividad, las 2 seguidas en el mismo sitio. El material malo, roto en algunos casos.

La excursion es una pasada. La verdad es increíble todo lo que ves y el personal muy muy profesional. En cuanto a civitatis un 0. NO HAY GUIA ESPAÑOL MENOS MAL QUE SABEMOS INGLES POR QUE SINO Y SINDO UN BUCEO A VER COMO TE ENTERAS DE COSAS IMPORTANTES. EN CUANTO A LA INMERSION LA PRIMERA DE 10 MINUTOS Y LA SEGUNDA DE 20 MINUTOS. En la pagina poneis que son dos de 45 minutos y ni entre las dos lo suman. TOTALMENTE NEFASTO POR VUESTA PARTE DE ECHO PAGAS POR ALGO Y NO ES NI LA MITAD

Por otro lado, vuestras inmersiones no pudieron ser de 45 minutos porque no tenéis la titulación adecuada para ello y la bombona de oxígeno no os habría durado ese tiempo. No obstante, la información de nuestra web no era clara a este respecto, por lo que la hemos modificado y hemos realizado una compensación a tu favor. Sentimos que la experiencia no se desarrollara como estaba previsto.
