Jaleb fue un guía estupendo, te recoge en tu crucero, te lleva en Lancha motora mientras te explica todo lo más interesante del recorrido, paran en la playa del Nilo para darse un baño y continúan hacia el pueblo nubio, opcional elegir entre Camello y moto especial, la moto especial es una experiencia diferente y muy recomendada. La actividad vale mucho la pena. Gracias a Abdullah y a su compañero Tawfik, que nos explicaron muchas coses de Aswan y nos guio en todo lo que necesitamos. El baño en el Nilo fue espectacular, la visita al poblado muy interesante, con una pequeña degustación de productos, y un tatuaje de henna, que nos hicimos en la mano. Fue un viaje pintoresco y tranquilo. Este se hace en barco a motor y definitivamente no incluye el paseo en camello. Si lo desean, se puede negociar en unos USD$15 para 2 personas. El guía fue muy amable y puntual, aunque no profundizó en la cultura Nubia.

Estuvimos esperando el auto que nos llevaría al puerto de partida y nunca llegó, tuvimos que irnos caminando con un representante de la agencia. Una vez que abórdanos una lancha que no era la Faluca nos traslado con el resto del grupo. Por otra parte fue muy incómodo que durante todo el trayecto la gente pedía propinas para todo, por llevarnos en la lancha, por transportarnos en el camello.... entiendo que ya está incluido en el precio del tour.

Pésima excursión!! No se cumple nada de lo propuesto, empezamos 1 hora tarde, el guía no habla casi español, nos pedía 10 dólares adicionales para nadar en El Nilo y nos informo que el paseo en camello no estaba incluido. En el momento que la discusión llegó al punto que decidimos cancelar el tour accedió a hacerlo pero sugiriendo propina. Éramos 2 personas y nos dio solo un camello sin importar cuánto le explicamos ,por lo que tuvimos que pagar otro adicional. Lo único bueno fue el bote.

Nosotros no quisimos montar en camello ni la foto con el cocodrilo, porque no estamos de acuerdo con el maltrato animal, y ningún problema. En el poblado solo vimos una casa nubia. Visto eso, volvimos al embarcadero por el mercado y nos metieron en una tienda de especias para sacarnos más dinero, cuando no nos interesaba. El grupo del día anterior se hizo un tatuaje henna entregando una propina, a nosotros nos dijo el guía que nos costaba 20 euros. Y tampoco vimos la escuela como el otro grupo.

La actividad no fue bien, básicamente porque se olvidaron de nosotras y vino alguien a hacer un pegote: hicimos una actividad parecida a lo que habíamos contratado, pero para NADA cumplió los detalles que se especificaba en la misma. Reclamé y me devolvieron parte del dinero. La experiencia no fue buena, tampoco mala, la verdad que no lo recomiendo porque me sentí engañada y desamparada en ese momento, aunque luego la atención al cliente posterior fue correcta y satisfactoria.

The activity didn't go well, basically because they forgot about us and someone came to make a mess: we did an activity similar to what we had booked, but it DID NOT meet the details specified in the booking. I complained and received part of my money back. The experience wasn't good, nor was it bad. I honestly wouldn't recommend it because I felt cheated and abandoned at the time, although the customer service afterwards was prompt and satisfactory.
