Il y a eu un souci avec notre réservation et la réception du paiement au bateau, ce qui nous a un peu fait paniqué en arrivant à bord. De plus, on nous a demandé de faire une activité (son et lumière) qui étaient inclus pour finalement nous réclamer le paiement à la fin de la croisière. On avait expressément dit qu'on ne voulait pas payer en plus pour cette activité, ayant reçu un mail disant que ce n'était pas inclus.

El crucero empezó en Abu Simbel que és un lugar maravilloso. El resto de visitas no son muy destacables, pero se hacen con grupos muy pequeños y es un placer visitar los templos a solas. El recorrido discurre por una zona poco turística, se agradece después de estar en otros lugares de Egipto donde hay auténticas multitudes. La comida del buffet és muy buena. Lo peor el guía, explicaciones poco interesantes, poco profesional y muy desaliñado. Incluso se durmió un día.

The cruise started in Abu Simbel, which is a wonderful place. The rest of the visits are not very remarkable, but they are done with very small groups and it is a pleasure to visit the temples alone. The tour runs through a non-touristy area, which is appreciated after being in other places in Egypt where there are real crowds. The buffet food is very good. The worst is the guide, uninteresting explanations, unprofessional and very scruffy. He even fell asleep one day.

Puntuali i servizi di trasporto con auto confortevoli. Programma delle visite dei templi interessante e ben pensato. Non abbiamo apprezzato le richieste dell'intermediario locale di lasciare mance di importi ben precisi e non concordati al momento della prenotazione.

El personal nos trató de lujo, íbamos con un bebé y se aseguraron que todo estuviera a nuestro gusto, tanto en la habitación como en el restaurante. Non c'era la guida in italiano e il promesso spettacolo di luci ad Abu Simbel. La crociera aveva durata maggiore di quanto prenotato. Al telefono ci hanno detto che dovevamo arrangiarci. Così abbiamo dovuto organizzarci una visita di corsa ad Abu Simbel mentre gli altri erano a pranzo e subito dopo il transfer ad Assuan per rientrare nel giorno previsto. Spesa: 200 euro. 4 giorni di stress e rientro ad Assuan con mezza giornata di ritardo rinunciando a quanto nei nostri programmi.

Very badly organised transfers. Late with no reasons given. Long time spent waiting on the transfer bus. Shambolic. Rude guides on the transfer bus. Promised English-speaking guide wasn't available until after the first part of the tour. Boat was a budget one but premium price was charged.

Nous avons réservé pour 4 personnes et nous n'avons eu qu'une cabine avec 3 lits. Le transfert a été prévu pour 3 personnes également et nous avons dû tirer les rideaux au contrôle de police car nous étions 4. L agence de voyage n'a pas voulu reconnaître son erreur et nous a rétorqué qu'un enfant ne comptait pas pour une personne. Donc attention ! Si on réserve pour un adulte et un enfant, d'après leur politique (ou leur mauvaise fois), l'enfant n'aura qu un moitié de lit ! familles s'abstenir !

We booked for 4 people and only got a cabin with 3 beds. The transfer was also planned for 3 people and we had to draw the curtains at the police check because there were 4 of us.
