En general buena experiencia. Poca comunicación con la hora de llegada. No está claro cuando debes llegar para hacer todas las actividades del primer día. La calidad del crucero no estaba a la altura del precio. Olor a gasoil, calor en las habitaciones.. El guía nos propuso una excursión adicional que no cumplió con las expectativas. Se nos dijo que haríamos un paseo por Luxor y terminó siendo un paseo en carro de caballo. El guía dió información básica sin profundizar.

Overall, a good experience. Lack of communication regarding arrival times. It's unclear when you should arrive to do all the activities on the first day. El guia tenia buenas intenciones pero lo cierto es que no habia un storytelling claro en las visitas, no habia auriculares entonces con tanta gente y ruido se hacia realmente muy dificil comprender los mensajes. Volveria a hacerlo porque simplifica mucho la gestion vs ir por tu propia cuenta. La gestion de los tiempos es un desafio, porque efectivamente nos levantabamos 4:30am. Nos tocó la motonave Ciela recién reformada, los camarotes amplios y muy buena comida. Nuestro guía fue Mostafa, que si bien es verdad que , a veces, no se explicaba demasiado bien, tuvimos suficiente tiempo para las visitas y no nos llevó a ninguna fábrica. Mención especial para el joyero del barco, que nos ayudó con un problema con el transfer a Hurghada (contratado aparte del crucero) y cuando le íbamos a dar una propina nos dijo "No, por favor", un gesto muy a valorar en Egipto... La crociera sul Nilo ci è sembrata il modo migliore per visitare i templi da Assuan a Luxor con comodità. Abbiamo potuto visitare i siti la mattina e la sera, navigando durante le ore calde. La guida è stata competente e completa. Abbiamo avuto però vari tempi di attesa all'arrivo e tra una visita e l'altra. Inoltre, ogni giorno siamo stati portati in negozi (profumi, spezie, ...) trappole per turisti. Inoltre tutte le crociere si muovono insieme creando grandi folle e inquinamento nei siti.

Our cruise was wonderful. We were on the Casa Sol and the ship was beautiful and clean with wonderful amenities. Our room was the perfect size and we even had a bath in the bathroom! It was always kept clean. The staff were wonderful, always incredibly polite, and helpful, they really made our stay great. The food was plentiful and delicious. Everything was very efficient and ran like clockwork. Definitely book this cruise!

La croisière était bien et le bateau parfait. Le personnel très sympa. Par contre notre guide nous donne un sentiment un peu négatif. En effet il était absent un jour (sans nous avertir) et nous avons manqué une visite (Kom Ombo). La raison de son absence : il était fatigué !! Voir réclamation Le programme du dernier jour (5 temples à Louxor ) était trop chargé ! On n'apprécie plus à la fin. Depuis le bateau, nous avons dû nous débrouiller pour rejoindre notre hôtel à Louxor.
