Fue una excursión muy rápida, apenas tiempo para comprar una botella de agua y ni un solo descanso, el guía era repetitivo y la recogida fue muy temprano.

Organización terrible. Cambiaron el itinerario y empezamos tarde porque nos juntaron con otro grupo. El tour duró 4h extra. Tuvimos que explicarle al guía que el valle de las Reinas estaba incluido y se enfadó con nosotros por insistirle. Nos dijo que el templo de Hatshepsut era el valle de las Reinas, cuando no es así. Las explicaciones fueron escasas y penosas. Encima al acabar el tour nos pidió propina para el conductor del bus porque no venía incluido en el tour. Esto no vale más de 40€.

Terrible organization. They changed the itinerary and we started late because they put us together with another group. The tour lasted an extra 4 hours. Pésimo servicio. Nunca los vinieron a buscar. Estuvimos casi dos horas a partir de las 6.30am. La empresa tiene pésimas reviews en Google. Es el proveedor que nos tocaba. Nunca se comunicaron, ni respondieron los mails, ni las llamadas. DESASTRE.

Demasiado irresponsable, el proveedor jamás se contacto conmigo nos dejo literalmente plantadas en el punto de encuentro. Sin contar que gastamos vuelo y hospedaje extra solo por asistir a este tour. Espero un rembolso total lo más pronto posible

La excursión no cumplió con lo prometido. Pagamos EUR 100 por persona para que nos brinden un servicio de transporte solamente. El guia un desastre total. No explicaba nada. Los trayectos en van eran en completo silencio. Cuando llegabamos al punto de interés, el guia nos decía qué era, nos daba la entrada y no mucho mas. En algunos lugares nos explicó un poco pero muy por arriba y sin ganas. Para colmo, no nos iba a llevar al valle de las reinas. Le tuvimos que indicar que estaba incluido.

Nos recogieron dos horas y media tarde, ya teníamos previsto contratar con otra agencia para no perder el día. A partir de ahí todo el tour a la carrera sin apenas tiempo para visitar los lugares pero si para hacer las paradas para “comprar en los mejores sitios”. No recomiendo hacer este tour con esta agencia (el guía explicaba 4 cosas). El valle de los reyes y reinas, Karnak y el templo de Luxor son una maravilla, imprescindible visitarlos.Pero no con esta empresa. Sigo esperando explicaciones

El tour ha ido muy bien , ya que solo había reservado yo y era como un tour privado . Te recogen en el hotel y eso que yo estaba al otro lado del rio , aún así te recogen sin problema .Hubo un mal entendido . El guía creía que el valle de las reinas no entraba , pero llamó a la compañía y si que entramos sin problema . El español no es perfecto pero se puede entender sin problema .
