Civitatis has to inform that Alexandri library is not open on friday and saturdays. Too many people in a small van for transportation. The driver was really angry, cause was not inform that some of us took the tour with suitcases, so obviosly was not enough space....

Our website clearly indicates that the bookstore will not be available on Fridays and Saturdays. This information is given so that it can be taken into account before making a reservation.

Because the driver got lost in Alxandria we were driving all around through the city for two hours and didn’t get to see Pompey's Pillar. Also the lunch was to late at 5 pm.We would probably made to see everything included in the tour If it started at 7,00 am,but we trusted to the guide that it is ok to start later at 8.At the end we left Cairo at 9 because the guide got late.The library and Qaitibay Citadel are impressive. I would not recommend this tour.Too much of driving for too much money

We went to the Library, Catecombs, lunch and then Citadel. However, our guide was not completely fluent in English. This caused some miscommunication as well as it dampened our experience. Perhaps the excursion would have been better if we had a guide that was explaining things every step of the way, because there were definitely gaps.

Our local team works with guides who are fluent in the languages in which they lead the tours, even if they're not native speakers. Still, we can always continue to improve. With this in mind, we take note of the comments.

The best experience we had in Egypt. Great value and wonderful service!!! Our guide, Mohammed, and the driver went out of their way to make my husband and I feel special. The places are beautiful with a lot of history. The Alexandria Library is awesome and the Citadel is magnificent! We had lunch in a very nice restaurant looking the Mediterranean Sea.

No merece la pena hacer esta excursión, pensamos que tendría más cosas que ver ,pero aparte de que no tiene nada, el guía tampoco ayudo mucho con escasa información y repetitiva, se notaba que le costaba el idioma español y que repetía cosas aprendidas, el castillo que muestran no tubo ,para mi, ningún tipo de interés y lo de la biblioteca deberían de tener un plan alternativo pero aun así da igual. No recomendable.

Fuimos a ver todo lo planeado, sin embargo el guía no estaba tan preparado como otros que hemos tenido. A su vez, nos llevó a un restoran donde nos timaron con las bebidas. Se lo comenté y se hizo el desentendido. Nos cobraron 70, mire la carta y estaban a 35 libras egipcias. Además, si van a ir a hacer esta actividad se las recomiendo que sea la primera porque quedarán más impresionados que si es la última (después de las pirámides y Luxor y aswan)
